Shipping, Delivery & Payment Policies




1. Delivery Locations

We deliver within UAE and to other countries via third-party couriers. Our specially signature product  will be shipped from Turkey

2. Delivery Timeline

  • UAE: 1–3 working days
  • International: 4–10 working days

3. Delivery Fees

  • UAE: Flat AED 20
  • International: Shown at checkout based on location

4. Delivery Proof

Customer must sign and confirm the delivery receipt as proof.

5. Multiple Shipments

Multiple orders/shipments may result in multiple charges on the cardholder's statement.

6. Payment Confirmation

A confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of payment.

7. Pricing & Currency

Prices and currencies at checkout are final and charged in AED.

Sanctioned countries such as Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, etc., are restricted from checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy



1. Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 3 days for unopened, sealed, wrong and damaged products.
  • Notify us, return using a registered courier, and include original packaging.
  • Items used/tampered with will not be accepted.
  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds done through the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds processed within 10–45 days depending on the issuing bank.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: up to 45 days.

2. Governing Law

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim will be governed by UAE local laws.

3. Age Restriction

Users under 18 years of age shall not register or transact on the site.

4. Sanctioned Countries

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

5. Payments & Cardholder Agreement

  • Visa and MasterCard (debit/credit in AED) are accepted.
  • The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as on the receipt.
  • Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and site policies.
  • The user is responsible for maintaining their account confidentiality.
